Account & Login
Do I need a Google account to subscribe?+
Yes. Paid subscriptions are linked to your Google account. This allows your payment record, subscription status, order history and remaining days to be restored automatically when you log in again.
Will my subscription be lost if I change browser or device?+
No. As long as you sign in with the same Google account, your subscription and payment history will be restored from our server records.
Can I use a different email after payment?+
For security reasons, each order is linked to the Google account email used during checkout. If you need help transferring access, contact our Telegram support bot.
Subscription
How long does my annual subscription last?+
Annual subscriptions normally last 12 months. During the early-bird campaign, eligible users receive 1 extra month, making the total access period 13 months.
Where can I see my active plan and countdown?+
After your payment is approved, your active plan and remaining subscription days will be shown on the pricing page and account-related areas after Google login.
What happens when my subscription expires?+
When your subscription expires, premium access will stop automatically. You can renew by purchasing a new subscription.
USDT Payment
Which payment method do you support?+
QuantumSpider currently supports USDT payments through multiple blockchain networks such as TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Arbitrum, Polygon, Solana, TON and others shown during checkout.
Do I need to send the exact amount?+
Yes. Please send exactly the USDT amount shown on the checkout page. Sending a different amount may delay review or cause rejection.
What is a TXID?+
TXID, also known as transaction hash, is the blockchain transaction identifier from your exchange or wallet. After sending USDT, copy the TXID from your withdrawal history and submit it for manual review.
What if I send funds on the wrong network?+
Please only send USDT through the selected network shown on the checkout page. Assets sent through an unsupported or wrong network may not be recoverable.
Payment Review
Why is payment manually reviewed?+
Because USDT payments are blockchain transactions, our operator manually verifies the TXID, network, amount and order details before activating your subscription.
How long does review take?+
Most reviews are completed within 24 hours. During review, your order status will show as Pending and remain linked to your Google account.
Can I close the page during review?+
Yes. Your order is saved on the server. You can safely close the page and come back later by signing in with the same Google account.
What happens after approval?+
Once approved by the admin, your plan will activate automatically. You will see your subscription countdown, and premium features will become available.
Rejected Payments & Appeal
Why was my payment rejected?+
Common reasons include incorrect TXID, wrong network, amount mismatch, duplicate transaction, or the transaction not being found on-chain.
Where can I see the rejection reason?+
If your order is rejected, the rejection reason will be shown automatically when you sign in with the same Google account.
How can I appeal a rejected payment?+
You can contact us directly through our Telegram support bot. Please include your Google account email, order ID if available, TXID and a short description of the issue.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?+
QuantumSpider may offer refunds according to the refund policy shown on the website. Refund eligibility depends on payment status, usage, timing and verification details.
How do I request a refund?+
Please contact the Telegram support bot and provide your Google account email, TXID, order ID and refund reason.
How long does a refund review take?+
Refund or appeal requests are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Is QuantumSpider currently in demo phase?+
If the website is marked as demo, some features may still be under testing or gradual rollout. Paid supporters will be recorded so they can be notified when the official version is launched.
Will early paid users be notified when the website becomes official?+
Yes. Paid users' Google account emails are recorded for launch notifications. When the official version is ready, we can notify all early supporters.
